                  In each day, if you burn more than  what a body need by 500 kilocalories/days for 7 days continuously, you will burn 3500 calories/week. this mean that you will be able to lose 0.5 kilograms. Now that's nice number!
               
                   In addition, cardio workout also help  build overall strength such as encouraging lungs to work, increase bone density and make it easier to sleep.
